Responsibilities: His role is to provide technical support, troubleshooting and advice to customers.
Located at the customer's site, the Resident Engineer is the privileged interlocutor between the projects and the supplier.
It is the entry point for solving problems; search for the right project or business contact, technical information, advice, etc.
Job is based on 2 activities : Support Flying doc & Reflashing ECM.
Support Flying Doc: This activity consists of carrying out validations and analyses, strategies / adjustments on the test.
Calibration test, perfo, OBD, PDVAL on PIE, on MC, VC, and PT phase vehicles.
This assistance is of Level 1 / 2 class in support of the function experts and project teams.
Depending on the Software or Calibration problems identified (IR / IS / RA) a systematic reorientation is carried out towards the project concerned for processing and monitoring of the corrections to be made.
Assistance provided according to the test means and the location of the means: Safety Test VRT (Validation Reaction Test), VAT (Validation Acceptance Test) tests, this activity is called by Vitesco projects and in particular at each INDUS milestone.
Remote support to non-autonomous Renault teams e.g.
: remote user HIL, PIE, homologation services.
Boot/Software ECM update, on Renault inter-site IDF test means.
MST activity: Power-up; Activity which consists of a verification of the correct SW start-up and the calibration 0 provided on prototype vehicles.
Reflashing ECM This activity is permanent and consists of providing on-site reprogramming assistance on the ECM table, the work to be carried out of which is part of the development of Powertrain (GMP) control software, for the following applications: M9T Genx, K9K, Diesel SCR application HR1ODET, HR09, BR10, HR16, HR1ODDT, HR12, HR13DDT MRx, LPG, FLEX, GAZ, DP0 Electric and hybrid GMPs ECO/ ECO Forever Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience with INCA, DDT2000 or Coredo.
Experience with reprogramming assistance on the ECM table.
