We're on the lookout for a Resident Automation Technician to keep complex systems running smoothly at our client's plant in Barbastro (Huesca region) about 70% of the time. The other 30% will be spent travelling to visit clients across Spain and Europe.
Responsibilities
Ensure the proper functioning of the plant in compliance with any KPI and contractual performance.
Collaborate with the technical offices for problem resolution, organization of on-site and remote interventions, procurement and shipment of spare parts, and offers.
Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting activities on the installed machinery.
Carry out all or part of preventive maintenance activities according to the maintenance plans, as stipulated with the Customer and E80 Group provisions.
Take part in periodical meetings with Customer's referrals.
Report to the Customer and E80 Group regarding performed activities, anomalies, and corrective actions.
Foster improvement activities, modifications, and possible solutions.
Perform periodic on-the-job training to the Customer's personnel.
Manage spare parts available on site, suggesting reorder points and purchases as needed.
Organize, manage and update any security documentation requested by the Customer.
Technical Requirements
Technical Qualification in electromechanical field or industrial automation.
5+ years of professional experience in a role as Electromechanical or Transfer Technician, Electrician or Automation Engineer, operating in the automation or manufacturing sector.
Good understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings.
Knowledge of Siemens PLC, Beckhoff, Fanuc, Allen Bradley; Rockwell not mandatory but will be considered a plus.

Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written); intermediate in English or Italian (spoken and written).
Other Requirements
Driving license and car required.
Permanent rights to work in Spain, with no restrictions.
