Residence Manager Location: Marbella | Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 per year Are you an experienced and dynamic professional ready to take on an exciting leadership role? We are seeking a dedicated Residence Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service and smooth management of a hospitality accommodation property. What You'll Do: Lead and manage all aspects of the residence, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency. Handle property operations, including staff supervision, maintenance coordination, and guest or resident satisfaction. Collaborate with various teams to maintain a seamless and welcoming environment. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet operational goals. Act as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and external stakeholders. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in managing accommodation properties, hotels, or residences. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a focus on service excellence. A hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
