.The background - Colonies is opening its first residence in Madrid and is looking for its future residence manager for this property.The challenge ahead ?As a Residence Manager at Colonies, you will be an essential part of our team, dedicated to tenant satisfaction and the overall performance of this residence. Responsible for the residence's P&L, you will work closely with team members at our HQ in Paris to manage tenants' requests, assist our sales team to ensure the residence is fully occupied, and manage a network of technicians to ensure the smooth operation of the residence (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.), as well as many other aspects related to life in this residence.Your scope ?Pre-Opening / Opening: Collaborate with the project manager in charge of the residence during the preparation and opening phases in the following areas:Preparation and execution of the soft openingPreparation of operational tools for managing the residence (Ops guides, tenant tools, etc.)Initiation of maintenance and operational contracts with external partnersSupport for monitoring the delivery and resolution of any outstanding issues1. Sales Support the rental of rooms, in coordination with and with the support of the central Sales team, including:Maintaining connections with key local partners (schools, universities, etc.) by being the main contact for potential tenants referred by these local partnersEnsuring the conversion of some prospects by approving their applications and collecting their filesProactively suggesting initiatives to promote rentalsIndependently managing organized visits2.
