About the role
As Reserve Account Executive of Cataluña in the highly influential top-end On-Trade which is the heartland of the premium spirits world, you will play a crucial role in building the status, equity, and rate of sale of our brands through the delivery of brand objectives.
In this role, you'll be responsible for: Identification and segmentation of outlet universe: Identify all outlets within the assigned territory and assign them to relevant outlet categories based on segmentation guidelines.Driving distribution of Diageo brands: Identify partnership opportunities with outlets, working closely with the Account Manager and distributor's sales team.Implementation of Execution standards: Drive priority sales drivers for relevant outlet categories in line with minimum execution standards.Promotional Activities: Implement promotional activities for our brands in detail, according to the Diageo Europe activity calendar.Partnership: Coordinate with the Account Manager to identify partnership opportunities with outlets served by wholesalers.Portfolio: Manage Core, Reserve, and Innovation products for customers such as cocktail bars, night clubs, hotels, restaurants, and wineshops identified as trend-leading accounts.About you
