About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for compelling Reserve customer plans to maximize sustainable profit delivery and market share growth, as well as ensuring brilliant activation and execution of our growth drivers.
Moreover, you'll be:
Educating our customers and PR contacts on the quality, provenance, and heritage of our brands in a manner that makes them feel special.
Continuously improving our activation performance by identifying key areas of focus, assessing alternatives, and taking action where vital.
A business consultant to the DIAGEO commercial (Reserve and on-trade channels) and customer marketing teams, identifying, recommending, and evaluating drivers for growth which ensure fit-for-purpose BTL materials.
Developing deep and profitable knowledge among key trade influencers (wine shop owners, bar and restaurant managers, trade journalists, etc.).
The personification of the brand in the market: attitude, appearance, and personality.
Having your finger on the pulse of what is happening on the ground, being the face of luxury in their environment, and having brilliant relationships with key influencers in the industry.
About You
Passion for super-premium brands, our customers, and our consumers.
Brand and Category Knowledge across Spirits and TBA with experience in process, ingredients, provenance, and trends. Bartending or bar management experience is a plus.
Experience in building commercial relationships with customers to deliver value for the customer and Diageo; be a storyteller.
Creative and inspiring approach; a strong, engaging, and influential communicator.
Able to demonstrate excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, encouraging dedication, and crafting collaborative relationships internally and externally.
Be a socially responsible ambassador for Diageo externally.
English & Greek proficiency is crucial.
