Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and organized individual with excellent IT skills to join our dynamic holiday reservations team as a Reservations Executive. In this role, you'll manage holiday bookings, liaise with travel partners, and communicate with property owners and holidaymakers to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Booking Portals: Oversee all holiday booking portals to ensure accurate and timely entries. Client Communication: Engage with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings to address inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally. Travel Partner Liaison: Work closely with our travel partners to maximize rental nights and source new partners. Collaborative Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to our clients. Requirements: Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal). A valid driving license and own car for transportation. Proficiency in MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
