Direct treatment and contracting of trips with agencies, direct clients and suppliers to specify the detail of the requested services. Request and handle the payment of clients and travel agencies in coordination with the accounting department.Requisitos : Person with a degree preferably in Travel or Tourism Agencies, or studying the last year of the specialty. Very high level of oral and written English (minimum C1 level) Knowledge of basic computer programs: email, internet, spreadsheets, databases, etc. PROFILE: Communicative person: communicate clearly orally and in writing with the client. Person with the ability to work in a team. Organized person: planning of itineraries and carrying out simultaneous tasks in a fast and efficient way. A person with empathy, initiative and responsiveness in conflict resolution. Person with enthusiasm, commitment and desire to learn and develop in the world of travel agencies.
