Job Summary: The role of the reservation agent involves advising customers by encouraging the purchase of hotel nights in the most efficient and effective way, as well as to maintain customer satisfaction by resolving their needs both by email and telephone and conversational chat. Essential Functions: • Receiving domestic and international calls and making reservations on each company's hotel booking engine. • Provide in a professional manner the requested information of the hotels and their services, as well as promote the specific direct sales campaigns of the company's hotels. • Meet Call Center sales targets set by the company on an annual basis. • Make reservation quotations and keep track of these, resolving the customer in maximum 48h (premium brands in 24h maximum) everything related to the direct tasks involved in making a reservation. • Check that all information is correct by entering it into the system in an effective and efficient way. • Resolve customer problems or requests related to reservations within 48h (premium brands within 24h maximum). • Communicate with Guest Service departments to put in contact customers who need complements to the reservation and those who have pre and post stay needs related to hotel services. • Insert comments, features, VIP status, or customer requests in the PMS booking remarks of each company hotel receiving bookings other than through our own website. • Apply the upselling techniques and efforts set by the company in order to increase the average ARR of confirmed bookings. Qualifications: • Experience in accommodation sales, preferably luxury hotels of at least 1 year. • Professional training or experience in customer service, university degree in tourism desirable. • Sense, notions and experience in customer service and effective and efficient resolution of problems, needs and/or requests related to reservations. • Languages: Fluent in English & Spanish Conditions: • Permanent Contract • Salary according to agreement • Professional Career in Nobu Hospitality Requisitos :
