Job Description As Reservations Agent, you will help contribute towards promoting and selling Fairmont La Hacienda bedrooms and facilities. A little bit about what you will be doing: Take telephone enquiries for leisure room bookings using appropriate level of efficiency and sales techniques. Respond to enquiries via the website, email, and letter, in a timely manner with the appropriate level of efficiency and sales techniques. Have a good knowledge of the Resort's facilities, in order that these facilities can be sold to the guest. Assisting with the procedure for group bookings – inputting of rooming list, and group amendments. Have sufficient knowledge of the packages that are available in order that these can be sold. Qualifications Service-focused personality Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships Previous experience within a similar role is preferred Hospitality experience is essential A high level of both Spanish and English, spoken and written, is essential.
