What will you do?Your main daily tasks include
Participation in projects linked to the research and development of new generation wireless communications systems, namely Beyond 5G and 6G. Research on new techniches to guarantee the security of the radio interface at the physical layer, including the publication of journal and conference papers. Design and simulation of algorihms for communication systems and physical layer security. Participation in validation, proof of concept and demostrationf the developed systems. Technological Surveillance. Who are we looking for? An early-stage researcher eager to face new technological challenges with interest in the new technologies and ready to come up with new viewpoints and proposals. With background in communications systems and its design. With simulation skills in at least one of these languages: Matlab, Python. A degree in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering, Mathematics, Informatics, Physics or related studies. Minimum English level: B2, preferred C1. It would be great if you had Knowledge on Digital Electrinics (FPGA, SoC) and wireless communication standards (e.g. 3GPP). Software and/or firmware for communication systems on embedded systems and SDR platforms. Specific studies in Wireless Communications. What we offer Annual gross salary: starting at 21.000€ (junior) / 24.000€ (at least 2 years of relevant experience) + 10% variable, depending on the candidate profile.
Possibility of pursuing a doctorate in Electrical Engineering simultaneously.
