This research is led by Dr. Isabella Meneghel and is implemented as part of strategic lines of the Consolidated Group 2021-SGR-01379, named: "Well-being and health in vulnerable people and end of life".
Research field Psychology Education level Bachelor's or Master's degree (or current enrollment) Specific requirements - Experience or familiarity with quantitative research methods and statistical analysis (e.g., SPSS).
- Excellent skills in English (Spanish proficiency is an asset).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in workplace well-being, leadership, and organizational development.
- Experience in writing research reports or academic papers is of advantage.
- Title (or current enrollment) of Master's in Work and Organizational Psychology, Positive Psychology, or related areas is of advantage.
