Job Description Key Responsibilities: The main responsibility of this position is to provide technical support to complete projects undertaken in the lab under the supervision of the Study Manager or Lab Manager in charge. Isolation and organ culture of hair follicle, skin and/or annexes for different projects Fixation and embedding of tissue Cryo and paraffin sections Performing various immunohistochemical and immunofluorescence stains Use of immunofluorescence and light microscopy Taking images and performing image analysis, using various programs (e.G. BZ-Analyzer, BZ viewer and ImageJ) General organization of the lab including forward planning and logistics regarding samples, equipment and materials required, that is organizing shipments from and to the laboratory, and also overseeing and maintaining stock of media, chemicals and other consumables.
