Our group is looking to hire a Research Technician to join our lab right away contributing to one of our lines of research on the study of multiple sclerosis pathogenesis and the search for new therapeutic approaches. Education and qualifications: Required: Vocational training degree (Spain's Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior also candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Life Sciences will be considered a plus) Fluency in Catalan and Spanish Desired: Certification in research animal handling (B and C Categories) is required Fluency in English (business level) Experience and knowledge: Required: Organized and methodical person with high motivation and initiative Desired: Experience in basic research lab techniques Main responsibilities and duties: Participate in all steps of the experiments within the above-mentioned line of research Process human samples Work with laboratory animals Be in charge of purchasing needed materials Labour conditions: Full-time position: 40h/week Starting date: Immediate Gross annual salary: 18.753€/year (Salary is consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale) Duration: Approximately 15 months Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities What can we offer?
