Offer Description ACADEMIC DEGREE:
Degree in Biology + official master/equivalent (Excluding requirement: justification must be provided with the application)
DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS IN THE PROJECT:
Manage flow cytometry service requests
Processing and marking of samples for cytometry and cell sorting techniques by CF and magnetic beads
Acquisition of samples by CF
Cell sorting and determination of purity and viability of isolated cells
Processing of PBMC for cryopreservation
Cell culture maintenance
VALUED MERITS /SKILLS:
Marking and handling of CF and cell sorting techniques
Cytometry data analysis software (put name of software)
Experience in cell culture and cell cryopreservation techniques
Experience in the management of services of the Technological Units
English proficiency

EXCLUSIVE REQUIREMENTS:
ACADEMIC DEGREE: Degree in Biology + official master/equivalent (Excluding requirement: justification must be provided with the application)
EXPERIENCE: Experience in flow cytometry and cell sorting techniques (Excluding requirement: justification must be provided with the application)
Certificate of Good Clinical Training (Excluding requirements: justification must be provided with the application)
Additional Information 39.163,67 €, without prejudice to the basic update established in state legislation for 2024.
