Horizon EuropeOffer DescriptionFundación Pública Galega de Investigación Biomédica INIBIC announces a selection process for the recruitment of Research Support Personnel for the development of a project in the Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery Research group with the following characteristics:Project: Intelligent Ecosystem to improve the governance, sharing, and re-use of health Data for Rare Cancers (IDEA4RC)Funding entity: European CommissionFile no: 101057048Job duties: Under the functional supervision of the Research Group Leader and/or the responsible person for the project, and the hierarchical supervision of the Foundation Management, the candidate will be responsible for the following duties:Bachelor degree or equivalent degree with less than 300 ECTS in Computer Engineering.Technical knowledge related to the position, including advanced knowledge in ETL data management and basic knowledge in data analytics, especially in natural language processing and federated learning structures.Accredited professional experience in biomedical research institutes, in the public or private sector.Experience related to the functions of the position in complex healthcare environments and/or in research groups related to healthcare ICT data management.Experience in management and scientific dissemination.Handling of computer tools and statistics.Accredited knowledge of English.For candidates moving to the second phase, they will perform a personal interview that will assess their professional experience, knowledge, and soft skills.Eligibility CriteriaBe a Spanish national, a national of one of the EU Member States, or a national of a State with applicable treaties.Legal capacity: be sixteen years of age or older.Functional capacity: possess the capacity to perform the tasks.Qualification: not disqualified from performing public duties.Required qualification: Bachelor degree or equivalent degree with less than 300 ECTS in Computer Engineering.Applicants with qualifications obtained abroad must prove the corresponding validation or credential that accredits the homologation of the degree.Selection ProcessThe selection procedure will be a merit-based competition related to the duties of the position, complemented by a personal interview.Candidates must submit their applications via the specific sections, attaching the requested documentation proving the candidate's merits.The deadline for submitting applications and supporting documentation will be ten (10) calendar days from the publication of the vacancy
