Offer DescriptionMission: Develop the activities of the project centred at urban regeneration, energetic rehabilitation, adaptation to climatic change, and simulation of impacts for future climatic scenarios at Districts of Positive Energy (PED).
Define the generic settings of morphology PED and prepare strategies for urban regeneration applied at the Living Labs.Identify active and passive measures for energetic rehabilitation and climatic adaptation.Configure and implement specific solutions for the improvement of energetic efficiency at edifices and districts.Model future climatic scenarios and simulate to assess the impact on energetic performance and user comfort.Draft technical reports and provide support in the compilation and management of scientific data.Disseminate project results through workshops, publications, presentations, and training activities.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of the consortium EDUPED to ensure coherent task implementation.Support administrative and management tasks of the project as well as the organization of dissemination events.Perform energetic simulations using EnergyPlus and DesignBuilder.Configure measures for energetic efficiency in real environments.Work within Living Lab environments.Organisational competences: Management of data related to energetic consumption, thermal comfort, and climatic impacts.Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.Functional competences: Strong communicative abilities.Specific Requirements: Educational Requirements: Knowledge of principles of energetic rehabilitation and adaptation to climatic change.Professional Experience: Experience in applied or developing research projects related to energetic efficiency, climatic adaptation, or urban regeneration (preferable).Experience in international projects, especially within the European Union framework.Experience in similar roles, particularly in research activities in university or industrial settings will be valued.Languages: CATALAN: BasicENGLISH: GoodSPANISH: GoodResearch Field: Engineering » Industrial engineering/Architecture

The maximum score for candidates who meet all eligibility criteria stated in the job offer will be 10 points.Threshold: 5 points.Score distribution: 1 point for required speciality, 2 points for required academic training, 2 points for technical competences, 1 point for organisational competences, 3 points for professional experience, and 1 point for any aspect of the candidate's profile deemed relevant by the Selection committee.If the selection committee decides to include a personal interview as an additional step in the selection process, only candidates scoring 5 or above for their CV will be retained for the interview.
The interview will be assessed according to the following criteria:
Threshold: 3 points.Score distribution: 2 points for adequacy to functional competences of the job, 2 points for adequacy of professional experience, and 1 point for any aspect of the candidate's profile deemed relevant by the Selection committee.Eligible candidates will be ranked from highest to lowest score based on these selection criteria.
