Be part of a multidisciplinary team pushing the boundaries of materials science and biomedicine.Research Support for Project on Smart 4D Biodegradable Metallic Shape-shifting Implants for Dynamic Tissue RestorationDesignation: Research Support StaffResearch Area: Smart 4D Biodegradable Metallic Shape-shifting Implants for Dynamic Tissue RestorationMinimum B.S. in Materials Science/Materials Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields.Strong academic credentials.Post-doctoral candidates are encouraged to apply.Proficiency in English (both oral and written), knowledge of Spanish not required.Experience in 4D printing or additive manufacturing, materials characterization, cell culture, or bioreactor design preferred.Job Description:Conduct in vitro characterization of materials and devices.Collaborate on additional project tasks such as material degradation studies, in situ device characterization, and bioreactor development.Liaise with collaborators on in vivo studies.Engage in communication and dissemination activities, emphasizing Open Science.Assist in report preparation for funding agency.How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit:Motivation letter describing research interests and experience (2 pages max)Academic recordsSubmit materials through the IMDEA jobs portal for full consideration.Last Date for Apply: Screening begins immediately.
