Overview: The position available is that of an assistant in the research office of IE University, under the direction of the Vice-Rector of Research and Coordination.
The main tasks involve accomplishing key operative processes in coordination with other members of the staff.
The main activities are related to data input, invoice processing, communication, and diffusion tasks.Responsibilities:Support in Project Management tasks (operational tasks related to research activities carried out by professors).Support in Data Management (Management of internal database with academic activity data of professors).Support in Communication tasks (web management, internal networks, social networks).General support in operational tasks of the Vice Rectorate of Research.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.Between 0-3 years of professional experience.Experience in communications, ideally in the education sector is a plus.Proficiency in both English and Spanish, and excellent communication skills (oral and written).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).Strong teamwork capability and a positive customer-oriented style.Analytical and numerical skills.Solution-oriented and a positive/can-do attitude.
