You will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and maximizing their utilization of our online panels.Along with promoting and selling our research/panel services, you will be the main point of contact with the client and directly managing/supervising the project execution with the support of a fieldwork team.Finally, you will also be involved in strategic activities to identify and generate new streams of business to grow your team territory.Responsibilities:Company Strategy : Responsible for the entire region target achievement, P&L, profitability.Lead sales strategic initiatives to identify and pursue new market opportunities, ensuring sustained revenue growth.Coordinate the implementation and execution of company strategy across the entire client service region.Business Development (InBound) : Provide leadership in business development efforts by participating in high-level pitches, negotiations and client meetings, driving the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing accounts.Account Management and CRM : Monitor key performance indicators and metrics, providing strategic guidance to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth.Provide strategic direction to the client service team on sales, account management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention of the regional level.Review and approve complex proposals and quotations from more juniors colleagues to ensure alignment with company objectives and client needs.Project Management and Coordination : Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to timelines.Set overall sampling strategies and participate in quality standards for fieldwork operations.Provide strategic oversight for complex and high-profile projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivery excellence.Financial Management and Sales Performance tracking : Oversee territory performance and profitability targets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.Identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement, driving overall project profitability.Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to the client service team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
