Offer Description To initiate the selection process for the recruitment of 1 Research Data Manager and in accordance with the criteria, requirements and selection system established in the attached Annex.
We are looking for a person who is responsible for performing the tasks of coordinator / data manager in clinical trials such as:
Data entry in CRD (data collection notebooks).
Management and review of clinical records.
Coordinate the necessary procedures to ensure the smooth running of clinical trials from start to finish.
Coordinate patient visits to ensure compliance with the protocol visit schedule.
To have a detailed knowledge of clinical trial protocols.
Specific Requirements Be a Spanish national, a national of a member country of the European Union or a foreigner with a residence and work permit in Spain.
Hold at least a Bachelor's or Graduate's degree in Biomedical Sciences.
The minimum requirements must be accredited with those certificates that are valid in law, including all those that demonstrate the aforementioned professional experience, in line with the functions to be carried out and the assessment criteria.
In the case of qualifications obtained abroad, their homologation must necessarily be accredited.
The conclusion of the contract is subject to the availability of the project's budget and to the successful candidate's compliance with the requirements of current employment legislation. In the event of non-compliance with the requirements, the Selection Board will decide whether to leave the call vacant or to contact the next candidate in order of score.

Eligibility criteria Selection process
The selection process will be governed by the principles of publicity, equality, merit and capacity, and a selection body will be set up for this purpose, made up of representatives of the research group and of the Technical Management Unit of the IBSAL.
The selection process will consist of two phases:
Analysis and curricular assessment phase of all the applications received, classifying them on the basis of the best adaptation of the Curriculum Vitae to the established profile and compliance with the requirements.
Personal interview: at least the three candidates with the highest score in Phase 1 will be called, provided that the score in Phase 1 exceeds half plus one; the Selection Board may call more candidates for an interview. The Selection Board may propose that the call for applications be declared void if no candidate is suitable for the post.
