Responsibilities include: Oversee trial protocols and reports at application farms, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Lead trial design and execution, including data analysis and report writing. Monitor on-farm activities and address challenges, spending significant time on-site. Stay updated on scientific literature related to neonate nutrition. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support research and maintain AB Neo's market position. Relevant scientific degree (Master's or PhD preferred). Expertise in experimental design, data handling, and statistical analysis. Proficiency in statistical software and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated, proactive, and hands-on, with a willingness to travel. Strong organisational and teamwork skills. Location This role will require travel to various farms within the area, giving you the opportunity to work hands-on in an exciting and collaborative environment.
