Responsibilities include: Oversee trial protocols and reports at application farms, ensuring quality and timely delivery.Lead trial design and execution, including data analysis and report writing.Monitor on-farm activities and address challenges, spending significant time on-site.Stay updated on scientific literature related to neonate nutrition.Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support research and maintain AB Neo's market position.This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in animal nutrition while working in a dynamic and innovative environment. Skills and Experience Relevant scientific degree (Master's or PhD preferred).Expertise in experimental design, data handling, and statistical analysis.Proficiency in statistical software and Microsoft Office.Self-motivated, proactive, and hands-on, with a willingness to travel.Strong organisational and teamwork skills.Location This role will require travel to various farms within the area, giving you the opportunity to work hands-on in an exciting and collaborative environment.
