Position: Research Assistant (RA)The Research Assistant (RA) will work independently and in collaboration with IESE Professors on research projects in the areas of economics, finance, and marketing. The RA will have weekly meetings and energetic interactions with IESE Professors. The RA is not expected to be an expert in all areas but will receive regular guidance and training from the Professor.The research is expected to be published in leading academic journals, providing the RA with first-hand experience working from start to finish on academic projects.Minimum Requirements:Degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, or Computer Science.Students completing a Master's degree and planning to pursue a PhD are particularly encouraged to apply.Experience with Stata and/or R and/or Python, with excellent knowledge in at least one of those required.Experience with data analysis, econometric analysis, and machine learning is a plus.Work permit in Spain.High level of spoken and written English.Conditions: Part-time (915€ per month before tax)Start date: ASAPEnd date: 1 year with the possibility of extensionContact: Interested parties please send CV, academic transcript, and a 200-word cover letter (indicating why they are interested) in English to:Ingrid VergésIESE Business SchoolPhone Number: 93 253 42 00
