Offer Description
We are seeking to recruit a research assistant for the development of the PADIH project of the AID4So research group of the IN3 of the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
The aim of the project is to evaluate techniques to define an intelligent Virtual Agent, using advanced natural language processing and image recognition technologies provided by OpenAI GPTs, to optimise a company's customer service. This approach is aligned with the growing trend of digitalisation and automation of business processes, and responds to the need to provide a more efficient and personalised service.
The aim of this project is to propose the necessary techniques to create a Virtual Agent to interact more effectively with customers, and to propose services according to actual availability. This implementation is expected to improve customer satisfaction by reducing response time and increasing accuracy in the services provided, and to increase operational efficiency by reducing human errors and management times.
What will your role be?- Define and evaluate the intelligent Virtual Agent according to the project objectives and interact with the client.
The successful candidate will be awarded a temporary contract of 7 months at 6% full-time, starting in January 2025. The reference headquarters will be located at 22@, Rbla. Del Poblenou, 156, in Barcelona. We work with an open work model that combines teleworking with onsite work, depending on organisational needs and the nature of the tasks.
