The Research Assistant / Baker will support the Research and Development team in conducting research and experiments related to product innovation and improvement, with a focus on baking applications using oils and oleochemicals.
This role combines laboratory research with hands-on baking expertise, ensuring that formulations, processes, and products meet quality and performance standards.
