Research And Development Specialist

Educational Requirement:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, BS Biology, or Microbiology. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:

Manage execution of product ideas from conceptual state to market.
Conduct formal reviews of new products and ingredients to determine scientific viability and applications.
Design or assist in the design of new products for innovation.
Work with operations to develop new processes and procedures.
Supervise sampling and inspection of raw products, ingredients, and finished goods.
Ensure that product development efforts are compatible and beneficial to manufacturing capabilities.
Establish and monitor the project pipeline, review, and prioritizing system for the R&D Department.
Effectively administer food safety and quality management systems.
Manage the department's database of ingredients/supplier information and ensure records are maintained appropriately.
Update & provide complete documentation of raw materials, processes, & finished goods to ensure accurate execution by production/QA.
Maintain confidentiality of information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
