Research And Development Scientist

Agarose Bead Technologies , a major manufacturer of agarose resins for the biopharma industry, is seeking a full- time R&D Scientist .
A successful candidate will: - Work independently in a team to plan, execute, analyze results, trouble-shoot, document, summarize experiments, and ensure high data quality.
- Record, compile, and present activities as results in the required format.
- Manage and execute, in a semi-autonomous way, limited scope projects (evaluation, management, formulation, tests, analysis and interpretation, report and conclusion).
- Participate in the execution of large-scale projects.
- Capable of being a specialist in ABT chromatography technology.
- Apply assigned test methods in accordance with established quality procedures.
- Pay attention to detail and housekeeping responsibilities to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills: Education level and experience: o A BSc and/or Master's degree in organic chemistry, biochemistry, polymer sciences or similar with 5 years industry experience in the field.
or o A PhD's degree in organic chemistry, biochemistry, polymer sciences or similar with 2 years industry experience in the field.
• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in product development of chromatography resin- based technologies and/or immobilization of molecules and ligands.
• Fluent English level is a plus.
• Flexible, eye for detail, tidy, neat, and organized.
• Committed and enthusiastic.
• Good organizational skills, ability to work on own initiative and priorities workload.
