Job Description: Research & Development TechnicianWe are seeking a Research & Development Technician to join our growing R&D team. This position will focus on working with other R&D staff members to create lab scale and pilot batches of polyurethane adhesives, sealants, elastomer and coatings. The successful candidate will regularly meet senior R&D staff to obtain projects and to provide updates on progress.Key Responsibilities:Assist senior R&D staff with developing formulations from lab scale testing to pilot batches.Conduct lab testing on R&D products and production products, as needed.Ensure laboratory chemicals and supplies are maintained.Aid in the maintenance of a clean laboratory.Maintain detailed records of observations and testing from product trials.Manage and prioritize multiple ongoing tasks.Take part in ongoing R&D meetings to develop a more in depth knowledge of ongoing products with a goal to increase independence.Provide senior R&D staff with updates on project statuses and needs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
