Good understanding of client business issues, methodologies and how research answers clients' needs by participating in internal RFP brainstorming sessions, relevant training and through project work. Assists in creating parts of proposals, or drafts simple proposals. Day to day direct relationship with clients throughout the project, considered a key point of contact for project requests/questions. Participates in costing processes, training junior team and coordinating provider quotes. Monitors projects costs and profitability drivers, liaising with directors to flag deviations from budgets. Supports Business Consulting and Business Excellence Teams, in generating repeat business opportunities by delivering high quality research and project management.Research setup: Works autonomously in project managing qualitative and quantitative research projects. Key point of contact for clients regarding research materials. Designs research material (screener, questionnaire, discussion guide) that meets client business issues and market research objectives, updates tracking research material. Tests and checks questionnaires. Prepares kick off and subsequent meetings with client and agencies. Ensures clear task ownership within project team. In the case of qualitative research, briefs moderators, moderates interviews, manages backroom relationships.Project Management: Provides high quality project management for qualitative and quantitative research projects. A key point of contact if fieldwork issues arise, alerting the project director and suggesting potential actions that can be taken by the project team/client. Liaises efficiently with scripting providers, ensuring a preliminary thorough review of the questionnaire logic, and effective use of appropriate internal processes by junior members of the team. Anticipates challenges and effectively manages changes with a solution focused approach. In the case of trackers, ensures learnings from previous projects are consolidated and shared with suppliers, the Business Excellence team, and directors to drive efficiency and cost control. Proactively updates the project director. Monitors time spent on projects (own, project team), and external costs, to achieve on-budget projects. Writes or reviews tab-specs, and code frame based upon the questionnaire, resulting in appropriate table output to fit the story / structure of the presentation.Analysis / deliverables: Ensures tables are checked accurately, and that errors are removed. Works with project team to analyse findings and draw actionable insight to meet client needs. Champions best practice principles to optimise client experience from initial conversations through to impactful deliverables. Co-ordinates statistical analysis. Produces qualitative analysis framework, reviews content analysis. Designs impactful slides and writes qualitative and quantitative presentations including headings and conclusions. Ensures reports are checked for accuracy and clarity.QualificationsAt least 4 years related work experience or completed higher education.Fluency in Spanish and English (C2).All employees must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
