Scope Be the interface between Sales and Technicals for the Western European (WE) cluster (Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Greece, UK and Ireland). The key objective of this Request Coordinator (RC) function is to act as the gatekeeper for the respect of the project management (Brief to Contract) process in the cluster, ensuring the organization works on requests that are in line with its strategy and that meet EAME defined criteria. Main tasks are about: snacks and culinary project management, product selection and reporting on pipeline performances. Missions Receive and prioritize requests according to harmonized and pre-defined criteria within the Market Cluster. Check new requests for completeness, assess content and clarify with Sales information gaps and questions. Assign requests to the appropriate route of project management (selection from portfolio):Route 1: applications in finished products Route 2: creation of new solutions tailored-made Route 3: send to Centre Of Excellence Coordination for further evaluation or reject request based on business and technical defined criteria. Responsible for product selections for Route 1 and 2 with products from existing portfolio. Organize and lead weekly project review meetings with technical and portfolio teams from various countries in Western Europe, to share new projects and discuss in-progress projects. Collect and distribute samples, customer bases, benchmarks products needed to execute the customer brief. Inform Portfolio Management about gaps in the Winning Local Collection identified from customer requests and organize regular updates on the B2C process with sales community. Analytical part: extract from our systems information about the WE pipeline, measure and interpret project management KPIs, conduct lessons learned, take corrective action and make recommendations for improvement. Be part of the EAME RC community, assist in trainings online or in Germany mainly. Profile Technical formation (food processes, flavours) or sales background with experience in the flavours & ingredients' industry. Ability to run basic applications to evaluate customer targets to run the selections
