The Impact You'll Make in this Role: Achievement of sales targets in your territory for the product portfolio. Create relationships of trust with healthcare professionals at all levels (medical/financial management, clinical staff). Fostering scientific and health economics knowledge in your daily activity. Active management of your territory. Development of action plans with the Marketing team and clinical managers. Conversion of business opportunities. Participate with Business Development Leader in the tactical plan. CRM feed and management. Compliance with Solventum's internal processes and conduct code. Leads Implements Determines Supports Willingness to be on-call (interest question) Your Skills and Expertise: Bachelor preferably in Health Sciences, Dentistry, and/or Business Administration, Economics. 2 years of previous commercial experience in the health sector. Experience in the dental sector is highly valued, preferably in orthodontic sales. Additional management studies (e.g., MBA), scientific or pharmaceutical field will be valued. Languages: English B2. Residence in Madrid and availability to travel (50%). Bachelor's/Master's/Apprenticeship degree or higher from an accredited institution. Basic / Intermediate / Advanced / Expert Experience/ Skills in relevant market, former positions e.g. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Additional Skills (Project management, Prioritization, Communication Skills etc.) Work location: Onsite/Hybrid, Madrid. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
