MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLEIndividual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in the specific area.

Responsible for gathering information and confirming sales prompted by incoming calls.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESReceives telephone calls which are non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures.Uses computerized system to gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls.No selling responsibilities are involved with this activity.Typically transfers calls to appropriate person as necessary.Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response.May answer inquiries, resolve problems, and promote products/services.Requires extensive knowledge of company, products, and/or services.May assess needs and suggest/promote alternative products or services.Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.QUALIFICATIONSEducation
Foundation in administration/baccalaureate.
Background
Business Orientation.
Pe Ski / Is.
SAP / AS 400.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience.
