Job Objective/s The Technical Assistant (Reports & Data Insights Asst Manager) will provide high-level support to the President by leveraging strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
This role will focus on creating detailed reports, presentations, and strategic documents for internal and external communication.
The ideal candidate will have experience in technical writing, data analysis, and presenting complex information in a clear and impactful manner.
This position is not a traditional secretarial role but requires a proactive and results-driven approach to support the President's daily needs in a fast-paced, high-level, and strategic organization.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities Report & Presentation Creation: Develop detailed, visually compelling presentations and reports for the President, including data analysis, business performance summaries, project updates, and strategic recommendations.
Data Analysis: Analyze and summarize complex data from internal teams, external partners, and industry reports to present actionable insights to the President.
Document Management: Organize, structure, and manage various business documents, including technical papers, business proposals, and executive communications.
Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing for executive meetings by creating agendas, preparing and consolidating relevant data, and ensuring the President has the necessary materials for discussion.
Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with different departments (e.g., finance, operations, HR) to gather and synthesize information, ensuring that all executive reports and communications are accurate and aligned with company goals.
Technology Utilization: Use advanced software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, etc.)
to organize data, automate reports, and create professional presentations that align with the President's needs.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive company information.
Strategic Support: Collaborate closely with the President to understand business priorities and help craft documents that communicate key strategies and initiatives effectively.
Assist with the management of strategic projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring that relevant information is communicated in a timely and accurate manner.
Position Requirements (Basic Qualifications) Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a technical or analytical support role, such as a business analyst, project coordinator, or executive assistant with a focus on technical writing or report generation.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, etc.)
or relevant work experience.
Experience working in a corporate or executive setting, particularly with senior leadership.
Experience creating reports or dashboards from enterprise software systems.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Analytical Ability: Strong ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights clearly through written reports and presentations.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in report writing, data analysis, and document creation.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
