.Manage a team of Operations Reporting supervisors in their day-to-day performance of their function Monitoring supervisors to ensure efficient management of the following tasks: monitoring timely and accurate delivery of all regular and ad hoc reports handling all communications (email, messaging) properly and timely stakeholders' concerns are resolved quickly to avoid further escalations Recommending report formats and dashboards, frequency, insights etc. during the development phase of reports templates and approval of final version prior to going live Effectively manage stakeholder's reports and analytics expectations. Work with the reports operations team on reporting issues, new projects, process changes or improvements and other concerns on the team's deliverables Ensure operations reporting team is adequately staffed by actively monitoring capacity. Put in place a Business continuity plan (BCP) for accounts with resource issue Mentor and provide guidance to the team; Identify training/skills gaps and other requirements of the team Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Manage projects from start to finish. Work closely with the Director to consult on issues and/or other sub functions/ verticals as needed, Provide support on other tasks, as may be required by the Director.
