The question is: are you ready to change the world with us?As a Reporting and Controller Manager, you will be responsible for the timely management reporting of the Group to the management team, including budgets, reviews, estimates and forecasts; at the group level as well as at the department and subsidiary level. Understand key drivers of Actual results versus Operating Plan and Forecast. Lead the financial planning processes for revenue and expenses and additionally capture, carefully estimate and skilfully communicate business impacting events.Main tasks & responsibilitiesFurther development of the internal reporting package at the group level to be reported to the management team.Development and management of periodic departmental reporting, including variances to budget and partnering with the departmental managers to drive adherence to budget.Oversight of 1 Business Controller with further reinforcement coming later in the year and in subsequent years due to expansion.Assist in implementation and take lead in management of automated budgeting/reporting tool Centage (with Integration to NetSuite).Establish and manage a quarterly rolling forecast model.Work closely with the Finance team to assure alignment of internal reporting with IFRS.Maintains close relationship with all departments to ensure understanding, accuracy and validity of financial information.Work with transactional teams in Finance & Operations to improve proper segmentation in transacting to increase efficiency and root transaction accuracy of departmental financial information.Work with subsidiaries on standardizing policies to ensure consistent reporting methodology.Liaison with ERP and subsidiaries on NetSuite integrations for new subsidiaries to guide reporting alignment.Keeps up to date with Group financial policies and procedures, reporting standards and accounting treatments and propose value added changes to more clearly understand business drivers and reduce risks.Requirements5-10 years' combined experience in Controlling/Reporting & FP&A;, preferably in a multinational company and some of that time in a manufacturing environment.Experience in financial reporting consolidation for a multinational.NetSuite a plus, Centage Reporting Maestro a plus, advanced in Excel.Excellent analytical skills balanced with strong soft skillset and desire to work with all levels of the organization to drive change and add value.Proficiency in English.IFRS knowledge a plus.Comfortable with a high paced, dynamic environment in an international company.BenefitsHalf-day Fridays!First class private health insurance after your first month at Wallbox.Online group training sessions twice a week & other out of office activities.Use one of our EVs for a weekend and/or a week (car sharing) and test our products in your home (beta testing) to become a valuable source of feedback.Free online language classes (Spanish & English) twice a week.Flexible compensation valid for restaurants & food delivery apps, transportation, childcare, and learning & development.Hundreds of discounts in different brands & services with our Wallbox Circle benefits platform.Car discounts & special advantages if you choose an EV!Smartpoint for all your online orders & services at our offices.Free coffee & soft drinks to fuel those tough Monday mornings.Variety of breakfast and lunch dishes, everyday, at a discounted price at our canteen.Learn and grow in a company of over 45 nationalities and counting!No suits!
