As part of our Supply chain team, the Replenishment Planner will be responsible for optimizing the replenishment plan on cluster/category product level, that is, ensuring appropriate safety stock levels are maintained at the IDC warehouses and handling the operational tasks connected to this plan.

What you will Do Review and execute TLB system proposals to distribute products through the supply chain in the most efficient way and fill up stock points.
Maximize direct ship opportunities from manufacturing locations and co-packing locations.
In case of stock allocation, track that execution is performed correctly.
Identify possible gaps and escalate to the replenishment cluster leads.
Close communication with distribution to ensure that the replenishment process is correctly conducted.
Who you Are Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or in a related technical field.
+2 years of experience in logistics and/or production planning.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Fluent in English; valuable other languages.
