Purpose of the job Manage interface in RMA process between customers and internal stakeholders for repairs and overhaul of rolling stock components. Ensure all steps of RMA process are followed.

Mission & Responsibilities Be accountable for RMA document reception, register in SAP and follow up within the workshop. Follow up component status from reception to customer delivery and billing. Manage external repairs:
Reception of equipment to be repaired
Repair proposal to the customer
Delivery to repair center
Billing
Check documentation and repairs report. Manage internal repairs:
Coordination with the workshop
Reception of repairs requests
Preparation of repairs economical proposal. Ensure bids are sent to customers and purchase orders are received from customers. Manage customer and external stakeholders' relationship, continuously ensuring alignment with customer contractual requirements.
Act as Alstom representative towards customers and, when applicable, external stakeholders (Consortium, JV).
Ensure contract management and variation orders towards customer. Performance measurements OTIF RMA-RMR time Nº of non-conformities Customer Satisfaction EHS when applicable Educational Requirements Mandatory: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.
Language skills required: Advanced/business fluent level of English; use of up to date IT tools such as Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS-Project.
Desirable: SAP Experience
Experience Mandatory: 2-year experience in a workshop environment. Experience of working in and with multi-national companies and in different business cultures.
Desirable: Knowledgeable of ALSTOM way of working for efficient process execution.

Very good communication skills, able to communicate clearly and precisely; a structured and well-organized person, who at the same time can be flexible.
