Rental Property Manager (Marbella)

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for short term luxury rentals to work in the greater Marbella area.
Requirements Excellent knowledge of the Marbella area and rental market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Speak English and Spanish with Arabic advantageous.
Must have a legal driving license and own car.
Have a professional appearance and persona.
Responsibilities Have experience of managing a rental portfolio preferably in the Marbella area.
Experienced in dealing with rental enquiries in a professional manner.
Experienced in Identifying and listing new properties.
Maintain an excellent relationship with property owners and tenants.
Prepare and negotiate rental contracts.
Prepare reports on rental activities.
Package: Excellent remuneration package plus commissions Office Based: Marbella Immediate start Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: 1,700.00€ per month
