Location: Greater Marbella AreaJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Rental Property Consultant to oversee short to long-term luxury rentals and provide concierge services in the greater Marbella area.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local rental market, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
You will also speak English and Spanish fluently and live close to Marbella.Key Responsibilities:Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring each is well-maintained and meets high standards.Client Relations: Professionally handle rental inquiries, maintaining excellent relationships with property owners and tenants.Property Sourcing: Identify and list new properties, expanding our portfolio with premium listings.Contract Management: Prepare and negotiate rental contracts, ensuring all terms are clear and fair.Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on rental activities and market trends.Requirements:Local Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Marbella area and its rental market.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with clients and property owners.Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative.Professional Presentation: A polished and professional appearance.Driving License: Must have a legal driving license and own a car.Benefits:Competitive Salary: €1500 per month plus commission.Office Location: Based in Marbella.Immediate Start: We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.How to Apply:If you meet the above criteria and are excited about this opportunity, please send a copy of your CV in English.
