With our commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we strive to provide our clients with the best rental solutions in the market. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rentals Manager to lead our rentals department and oversee a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Oversee and manage the entire rentals department, including directing and supporting a team that consists of a Service Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, and Rentals Executive.Department Oversight: Ensure the smooth operation of both short-term and long-term rental processes, including property viewings, tenant management, lease negotiations, and contract renewals.Performance Management: Set performance goals for the rentals team and ensure they are met or exceeded; provide regular feedback and professional development opportunities.Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates, rental income, and customer satisfaction.Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Service Coordinator to ensure all properties meet Livingstone Estates' standards for maintenance and presentation.Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for escalated issues.Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to keep up-to-date with rental trends and pricing strategies.Marketing and Outreach: Collaborate with the Rentals Executive to ensure rental properties are effectively marketed across various platforms, including vacation rental portals.Qualifications: Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).Experience: Proven 5 years of experience in rental management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of both short and long-term rental markets.
