The Role:Are you looking for an exciting Renewals & Order Processing Administrator role within a fast-paced working environment?If so, this is an excellent opportunity to utilise your communication skills and join the friendly Renewals & Order Processing team of a progressive international software house with the headquarters based in Harrow, London, UK. The role will be based working from our office in Madrid, Spain.Job Responsibilities:Ensure ticketing system is kept up to date – tickets are categorized and being actioned by renewals team.Quote and Chase Renewals which includes:Preparing Renewal FiguresInputting lines in CRM systemSending Renewal quotes, reminders, and expiry reports as needed.Phoning to discuss upcoming renewals.Managing inbound and outbound telephone/email activity.Managing of team shared mailboxes (Ticketing system).Filing and keeping paperwork in order.Assist in maintaining renewal email templates for all languages and various ITS Offices.Ensure data is as accurate as possible in CRM system.You may be required to carry out other work within the company from time to time as we must be flexible and adapt to market conditions and customer requirements.Minimum Requirements:Good communicator with excellent telephone manner.High level of spoken/written English & Spanish.Previous customer care experience is essential.Ability to self-learn and resolve complex issues.Good organisational ability, good memory, and an eye for detail.Ability to cope well under pressure.Ability to work independently and as part of the team.Excellent timekeeping.Minimum one-year experience in a customer-focused role.Desirable (but not essential):Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Understanding of software licensing.
