Responsibilities: Managing customers throughout the lifecycleOwning renewal opportunities from quote to closeCreating quotes, order management, and reporting invoice requirements to AccountingNegotiating uplift and pricing changesWorking with legal to ensure that contract terms are up to dateEnsuring no contract is expiredCollaborating with other departments to develop success strategies as requiredWorking with the account executive to identify expansion opportunities to increase Copado's footprint at customerThis job is for you if: You have a minimum of 3 years experience in Sales or Renewals with a SaaS productYou have exceptional verbal and written communication skillsYou have exceptional negotiation skills and attention to detailYou are highly organized, take initiative, require little direction and have a positive attitudeYou are a fit for Copado if: You are energetic and enjoy working in a fast-paced global environmentYou love working in an agile environment and continuously strive for improvementYou want to be part of the growth of an early stage organizationCopado is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
