The core of the company is our mission to help people get a great job abroad and to feel safe in their transition to a life in a new country.The RoleYour daily work will include tasks like these:Act as Primary point of contact for the customer during the renewals process, building trust & setting the foundation for long term relationship.Effectively turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, e.G. BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline).Engage with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes and types to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Understand customers' current license position, leading with the company's cloud technologies to secure customer wins, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and other stakeholders as needed.Support renewal process by engaging & coordinating multiple stakeholders (PCM, TCM, CE) aligned to customer needs, ensuring renewal closes on time.Demonstrate the company's value proposition, helping the customer envision their future with the company's technologies.Address competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.Ideal ProfileEnglish: Intermediate or Fluent (verbal and written).Dutch: Fluent or Native (verbal and written).4-year degree preferred.2-3+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success.Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions.Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools is a bonus, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.Experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions preferred.Sales/customer service relationship background, telephone experience preferred.A self-starter with a track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.What's on Offer?Relocation package (flight and accommodation).Health insurance.Performance bonuses.Discount on Gym and Language courses.2 to 3 weeks of paid training.Work shifts from Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 18:00 - maintain a healthy work-life balance with weekends off.Possibilities to grow inside the company.Work with one of the most well-known and leading software and tech companies worldwide.#J-18808-Ljbffr
