As part of the Renewal Team in this region, you will play a key role in the build out of a world class renewal experience for our MongoDB customers, delivering strong business impact to MongoDB as well. You will be working directly with our customers to renew their MongoDB contracts owning the renewal process from 120 days prior to renewal expiration. Given this is a new team at MongoDB you will contribute to developing our renewal process and playbooks to delight customers and deliver strong renewal results. Success in this role requires exceptional communication and iInterpersonal skills, operational excellence, deal formulation and negotiation experience, a strong aptitude to learn MongoDB products and policy and solid relations with internal stakeholders.
