The Consulting and Technical Advisory division of OCA Global provides interdisciplinary technical advisory services aimed at supporting and assisting public administrations, banks and investment funds, project developers, industrial and service companies in their transition towards a better society and economy that are climate change resilient, sustainable, and decarbonized. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Renewable Energy Project Engineer Trainee (Private and Multilateral Sectors) located in Sevilla to provide technical support throughout all phases of Technical Advisory and Owner's Engineering services. Functions and responsibilities: Support to Senior Engineering team in conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering development and review of Renewable Energy Plants (solar PV and CSP, wind, mini-hydraulic, BESS and PtX), providing technical support in all project phases: project development, engineering design, construction, and commissioning, as part of the technical advisory and owners' engineering team. Support in Technical Due Diligence and Lender Technical Advisor reports, technology evaluation, Operation & Maintenance, etc. Support in Engineering review, including the technical revision and approval of the main project design engineering documentation (Owner's Engineering). Work location: OCA Global offices in Sevilla . Work will be developed office based and for all projects implemented by OCA Global worldwide (EMEA, Latam, Central Asia). Education requirements: BSC in any relevant Engineering. MSC in Renewable Energy would be favourably considered. Experience: No experience required. Languages: Spanish and English: Native or full professional proficiency. French would be favourably considered. Other personal competencies: Efficient communication, meeting organization and reporting. Proactivity and flexibility. Efficient problem resolution. Knowledge and experience in software like PVSyst, Windpro will be valued. Level Expert in MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc). What does OCA Global offer you?
