Mission of the Job Collaborate actively in the supervision of operating Solar PV, Onshore Wind and at international level in coordination with local and corporate teams assuring the most optimized performance of the installed power plants.
This resource will also help to guarantee technical suitability and technical and economic efficiency.
What will you learn with us?
To create and implement best practices regarding processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance and monitoring.
Your tasks will be performed reporting to the Control Center Coordinator.
Main accountabilities: Control and supervision of all connected installations.
Oversee production and ensure that plant operate within design parameters in a reliable, safe, and efficient manner.
Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to as well as in compliance with all codes, rules, regulations and laws as applicable.
Manage Service with Control Center Manager.
Develop Service Requests, interaction with accounting for job setup, etc.
Assist in resolving any O&M problems.
Reporting.
Visually monitor and read parameters, data points, and sensor outputs at specified intervals to verify operating conditions and to detect faults and malfunctions.
Develop to include new projects in SCADA.
Perform diagnostic analysis of operating data to assess operating performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Support the development of organizational initiatives and procedures.
Additional duties as required.
Requirements and personal skills: Education: BSc.
Degree in Engineering (Electric engineer would be favorably considered) or related fields.
Profesional Experience: no required experience.
Experience in Control Center in the energy sector is highly valued.
Required knowledge: High level of MS Office package (Excel) is required.
Working knowledge of SCADA/CMMS systems would be considered favorably.
Other added values: English and Spanish (full professional proficiency) are oobligatory.
Soft skills: Ability to work under multi-tasking accountabilities.
Capability of performing under tight deadlines and DPOs.
Ability to work in rotative shifts.
