Job Overview: As a Renew Cost Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and managing the roadmap of solutions to optimize per device profitability.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring cost efficiency and supporting project teams in achieving their goals.
You will analyze and forecast costs, develop cost reduction strategies, and work closely with various departments to ensure financial objectives are met.

Ensure cost efficiency across all projects and processes.
Support project teams by providing cost analysis and financial insights.
Analyze and forecast project costs, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
Develop and implement cost reduction strategies.
Monitor and report on project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective project execution.
Conduct cost reviews and provide recommendations for cost control.
Maintain accurate cost records and documentation for all projects.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Promote the adoption of best practices and project management methodologies.
Develop methods for fostering innovation and change within the organization.
Provide mentorship and guidance to peers and junior team members.
Qualifications: MBA or master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
+10 years of experience in Cost Engineering, Financial management, Services Supply Chain, Customer Support, and/or Services Delivery Businesses.
Professional certification in cost engineering, project management, ITIL, Black Belt Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
Demonstrated experience in business process reengineering, continuous improvement, and cross functional project management skills.

The base pay range for this role is $ 137,000 to $ 211,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
