In this role, you'll be responsible for building and refining TikTok performance campaigns, constantly tweaking and adjusting strategies to meet business goals. You should be analytical, creative, and comfortable adapting to new challenges.Location:Remote work from anywhere, with optional office spaces in select cities.Key Responsibilities:Create and manage TikTok ad campaigns from start to finish.Test new ideas and strategies to increase performance and drive growth.Manage traffic, bids, and budgets to ensure campaigns stay on target.Monitor and analyse performance, making adjustments as needed.Report regularly on key metrics and campaign results.Requirements2+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok ad campaigns with a focus on performance metrics like CPA and ROAS.Familiarity with TikTok's advertising tools and platform.Background in mobile marketing or related industries is a HUGE PLUSStrong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.Able to collaborate well within a team and communicate effectively.Self-motivated with a drive to hit goals and improve results.Flexibility with work hours to accommodate global markets.Proficient in English; additional languages are beneficial.BenefitsFull-time permanent position.All necessary tools and equipment provided for remote work.Work with a talented, goal-driven team in a supportive environment.Competitive salary and benefits based on experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
