Your role: Restore customer operations in the fastest possible time. Work with Health Care Information Technology Products, particularly Cardiovascular Informatics. Troubleshoot IT solutions at any level (HW, SW, Database and Network). Escalate to Problem Management while keeping the Incidents technical responsibility during the escalation phase. Participate in the definition and be the owner of the action plan needed for technical resolution. Work cooperatively with other technical teams to provide tools and processes to help prevent common problems. Monitor incoming case volumes and react to incident trends and critical issues by working with management to develop a resolution plan. Ensure respect of SLAs. Willing to travel to customers on-site around Spain (20%). You're the right fit if you have: Customer orientation, stress-resistance, great communication, and teamwork skills. Native Spanish speaker with a good level of English. Technical education at the university level or similar (Master's/Bachelor's degree in medical technology or IT). Work experience as an engineer in medical technology or a similar environment is required. Good experience and knowledge in Healthcare Informatics are required. Experience and knowledge of remote technical support. Experience, interest, and knowledge of databases and network management are preferred. Knowledge of networks (CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, CWTS or equivalent) and IT infrastructures (Windows OS, VMWare, Hyper V, SQL Server). Professional proficiency in English. Driving license. We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This role is both an office and field role.
